SalaryMy client, a Bexleyheath based Local Authority, seek candidates to work as Assistant Career's Advisors supporting local borough residents back into the workplace.
The role:
To support and motivate clients in their job search activities providing assistance and information on vacancies, work experience and pre-employment training as appropriate.
To provide one to one and group support in the production and updating of a CV including uploading to appropriate websites. Provide one to one and group support with application forms, interview techniques, coaching and other thematic workshops, and public access to on-line job sites.
Support the interviewing process for existing clients regarding employment needs prior to job application ensuring their skills and qualities are matched to relevant recruitment requirements.
To arrange employment interviews and referrals for pre-employment training as necessary to help individuals progress skills and access employment.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of recruitment but can bring this over from any background

£16 PAYE / £19.77 LTD UMB per hour
