Our leading pharmaceutical client is now hiring for a Change Manager to support a large programme with ambitious goals to Transform an integral part of their business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Change Manager to be part of a bold move forward into a sustainable change and to implement impactful change strategies.
The Change Manager will be a highly visible role and will oversee the production of the end-user facing workstream change journey. The successful Change Manager will be able to create plans for assessing the business readiness of proposed workstream changes and the measuring of adoption and success of change.
Essential Criteria

• Expert in Change Management 
• Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Worked on Large Transformation projects withing global corporations
• Strong communication skills and relationship building with the ability to influence others.
• Strong networking/consulting skills with good internal and external links
• Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language

Desirable Criteria

• Formal qualification in change management
• Experience of working in global organisation with complex context
• R&D experience

Location: Cambridge (3 days on site per month)
Rate: £478 (outside IR35)
Duration: 11 Month
