A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for aSales Ledger Assistant for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Dartford.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Raising Sales Ledger invoices with strong attention to sales and rate cards rules.
- Processing all credit notes and any amendments required to invoices.
- Liaising with line managers to resolve sales invoices queries.
- Raising of sub contractors and manual invoices.
- Providing cover for the purchase ledger team in the absence of a team member.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant finance experience.
- Strong understanding of Sales Ledger processes and principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Hours:
Monday to Friday : 8.30am-5pm
