An Employment Law Associate is sought to join a leading national law firm's office in Cheltenham. This role has arisen in response from a continued pipeline of contentious and non-contentious work from clients with an ambitious and driven Employment Solicitor having a key role in the development and success of the team.
Role Overview:
Working alongside several Legal 500 recognised and Chambers & Partners recognised Partners, you will be carrying out high-quality, high-value and complex "city" level work. Working across the following matters includes, but is not limited to:
- Advising Clients across employment documentation, policies, disciplinary and grievances, GDPR and redundancy processes.
- Running Employment Tribunal Litigation.
- Carrying out due diligence on transactions in reference to TUPE.
- Advising on all aspects of employment and partnership disputes.
- Advising on severance and terms of exit agreements.
