You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, surrounded by specialist professionals and working closely with "Ranked Lawyers", enabling you to accomplish great achievements in your career. The department provides advice and support to individuals and SME clients across all matters, including a mix of contentious and non-contentious cases, working with both employers and employees. Their clientele includes a mix of national and international clients. You will also be working closely with the corporate department.

Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2years' PQE in employment law.
- Solid understanding of UK employment legislation case law, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide commercially-focused advice to clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
