SalaryA leading and well-established firm are seeking an enthusiastic Employment lawyer to join their specialist team in their office based Northern Hampshire/Surrey boarders.

They are a full-serviced firm, with multiple offices across the South East, including London, and offer legal advice to clients nationally and internationally, including businesses, individuals and families.
You will play a key role in providing expert legal advice and support to clients in a wide range of employment law matters. The Employment team deals with a wide spectrum of intricate issues including but not limited to discrimination allegations, unjust termination and whistleblowing cases in employment tribunals, international senior management departures, corporate restructurings, and GDPR initiatives.
With a rich history spanning decades, they have a wealth of experience supporting individuals and businesses, from blue-chip multi-national public listed entities through to SME's and start-ups.

To be successsful in this role you will have:
- Experienced in handling employment law matters.
- A solid understanding of UK employment legislation case law, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide commercially-focused advice to clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Competent IT skills.
