The team are keen to speak with experienced employment solicitors who have experience advising employers across a range of matters such as Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, disciplinary and grievance handling, redundancy and restructuring situations, day-to-day HR issues, breach of contract disputes and the drafting of settlement agreements, consultancy agreements and employee handbooks.
The team also often advise HNW individuals.
Requirements
- UK-qualified employment solicitor with ideally 5 years post-qualification experience and above
- Experience advising employer clients across a range of contentious and non-contentious matters
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions would be beneficial
