Your new role
This employment solicitor role will see you handle a broad range of employment work acting for both private and public sector organisations. The work will be varied and will include both contentious and non-contentious matters including disciplinary and grievance, redundancy, dismissals, discrimination matters, employment advisory work, TUPE and Tribunal work. You can expect to work closely with a good mix of clients and to play an active role in business development initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an Employment Lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 4 years' pqe. You will have a well rounded, commercial approach as well as good technical skills.
