Description
The Employment Partner will get involved in a range of responsibilities including;
- Establishing an Employment offering for the firm out of Leeds.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the employment law department across all offices.
- Maintain a high level of client service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Lead and develop a team of Employment lawyers locally.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure integrated client service.
- Identify and develop new opportunities for the firm.
- Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
Profile
The successful Employment Partner should have:
- Experience working in the Leeds market for a regional, national or international law firm
- Significant expertise in employment law.
- Demonstrable leadership skills and experience.
- A strong record of business development and your own contacts.
- A commitment to excellent client service.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
