This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Partner to join a highly regarded regional law firm who have a growing Leeds office. You will work as part of a wider Employment practice who have a great reputation advising a range of clients across the private and public sector.

The firms Leeds office has grown considerably over recent years and this is a great opportunity to be the firms first Employment lawyer in Leeds and help grow a team.

Description

The Employment Partner will get involved in a range of responsibilities including;

• Establishing an Employment offering for the firm out of Leeds.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the employment law department across all offices.
• Maintain a high level of client service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Lead and develop a team of Employment lawyers locally.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure integrated client service.
• Identify and develop new opportunities for the firm.
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.

Profile

The successful Employment Partner should have:

• Experience working in the Leeds market for a regional, national or international law firm
• Significant expertise in employment law.
• Demonstrable leadership skills and experience.
• A strong record of business development and your own contacts.
• A commitment to excellent client service.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
