SalaryMy client's London Employment team acts for a range of market-leading clients across the Financial Services, Healthcare and Commercial sectors. The team has a strong and growing reputation in the London market.
The position will focus on supporting the team's financial services and Commercial sector clients, which includes four of the top ten investment banks and major global employers. The firm and the team value work/life balance and offer the opportunity to work on a breadth of interesting, complex matters. The role also offers real opportunity for advancement.
Work will include complex discrimination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract litigation (Employment Tribunal and High Court), assisting on non-contentious projects including restructures (redundancy and TUPE) in UK and across multiple jurisdictions, in addition to general Employment advisory work.
