If you are a qualified Employment Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE, who is eager to progress and further develop their career within an exceptional team to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, then Emma at TN Recruits Law would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Provide legal advice and guidance to both employees and employers
* Handle both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
* Work with a varied client base that includes both local and London-based clients
* Handle TUPE matters related to business transfers and employee transfers
* Represent clients in tribunals and other legal proceedings
* Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
* Contribute to departmental and marketing activities, including workshops and other events
Location: Ashford
Salary: circa £40,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (Part time options available)
Additional information: Flexi or hybrid working considered
