My client is a highly reputable and well-established firm based in Marlow, which has grown substantially over the last five years, now employing over 140 staff, with a turnover of circa 12 million. They are a full-service firm, with half of the turnover coming from the commercial side of our business.
They are seeking an experienced Employment solicitor with experience working both contentiously and non-contentiously to work alongside the Head of department with some very good and exciting clients.
You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines independently.
Requirements:
- 10 + years PQE experience in Employment Law Real
- Flexibility, dealing with several matters at any given time.
- Attention to detail and good communication skills.
