An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join this Top 20 firm as an Employment Tax Director or Senior Manager, and play an integral part in the team's future success. This role will require you to successfully deliver on a range of tax projects as well as taking an active role in business development to support with future growth. You will be expected to advise on a broad range of core Employment Tax work including the below areas:
- PAYE risk assessment and health checks
- CIS
- Due diligence reports
- P11Ds and PSAs
- Expense policies
- Remuneration, salary sacrifice and benefit planning
- Employment status including IR35 and agency matters
- Termination payments and compromise agreements
- HMRC disclosures and enquiries
- Annual share incentive compliance and reporting
- SAO process and controls
- NIC
You will work closely with internal corporate tax and corporate finance teams on work that will require delivering to tight deadlines so an organised and efficient approach will be key.
This role would suit an experienced Employment Tax specialist who has been working with middle market clients. It will afford you the chance to truly make an impact and be rewarded for your success/ With offices based throughout the UK, this role could sit either in Manchester or London and offers a hybrid working arrangement.
