What you'll be doing

  • Meticulous planning, coordination and delivery of data analysis and insights for Engagement, Culture & Development team.
  • Leading on key data initiatives and ensure the conscientious end-to-end project planning.
  • Reviewing and refreshing the data approach with the team, whilst monitoring progress to inform engagement, culture, performance and development projects which will drive strategic decision making.
  • Managing, transforming and curating data and its dissemination.
  • Developing and implementing a data dashboarding system.
  • Providing specialist data advice across the team and make recommendations to key stakeholders at Virgin Money.

We need you to have

  • Capable within a data and systems environment (e.g. SAP, Power BI).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including O365 suite of tooling and Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Skilled in developing and documenting data solutions and principles.
  • Extensive experience in solutions design, delivery and training others to understand insights.
  • Proven analysis and modelling experience.
  • Capability to extract data from multiple sources, presenting the data and providing commentary.
  • Ability to consultant & collaborate with other departments / stakeholders in in order to develop appropriate solutions.
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and juggling priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to convey findings to a range of audiences/stakeholders.

It's a bonus if you have but not essential

  • Related experience in Banking or Financial Services.
  • Experience of working in an HR Centre of Excellence
  • A knowledge and practical understanding of Agile project management
