Engineer
The main purpose of this role is to ensure Riverside Bakery is capable of providing our customers with high quality, safe food
products at a high level of efficiency. This will be driven by delivery of site PPM plan, fast response to reactive situations and
appropriate close out of actions.
Key Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Inclusive of but not inclusive to:
Health and Safety
* Completion of Health and Safety actions raised (i.e near misses)
* Compliance to mandatory site procedures (i.e LOTOTO)
Food Safety / Technical Standards
* Completion of Technical/Quality actions raised (Fabrication/Hygiene audit list)
* Compliance to site Technical Standards (E43 Engineering release form, Toolbox inventory etc)
* Ensure Food Safety and equipment integrity is maintained in line with PPM's
KPI / Reporting
* Ensure all actions captured on CMMS System
* Ensure all downtime agreed with operations so unity between Engineering and Operations reports
* Ensure all Operational issues recorded on work log
Maintenance
* Ensure high level of service to operations
* Completion of planned maintenance tasks
* Ensure all actions identified are captured and appropriately resolved
GMP / Standards
* Maintain appropriate standards within engineering areas
