First Achieve's Engineering Division, have an excellent opportunity for an Engineering Administrator to join a thriving business in Alloa. Our client is a Global Player, with facilities worldwide, and specialise in various industries including Oil & Gas, Nuclear & Petrochemical industries.
We are seeking an experienced administrator, who has experience within an Engineering Environment.
- Salary - £25,000 to £30,000
- Monday to Friday (Early Finish Fridays!)
- Up to 8% Employer Contribution to Pension

Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the contract management of all current and future pass-through spares orders.
- Further developing key accounts by supporting Team members as required.
- Assisting Project Engineers with the delivery of current Spares orders.
Assisting Team Manager with maintaining OTD of all product orders, fact finding & data analysis on an ad hoc basis pending Customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities
Including but not limited to:
Objectives:
- Effectively communicate work scope requirements with other Team members.
- Work with the tendering & contracts teams to prepare costing for quotations & tenders when required and progressing to Work in Progress to successful completion.
- Establish and build a good working relationship with internal & external customers.
- Ensure technical & commercial conditions-of-contract are known & fully adhered to @ Contract review stage, supported by Project Engineer.
- Utilize business systems to manage order input, invoicing, job cost interrogation, PO requests, Despatch Notes, CoCs, etc.
- Creation of spare supply quality plans, documentation and certification , supported by Project Engineer.
- Requisition of materials, spares and third-party services to meet delivery requirements.
- Prepare job files for timely invoicing, final sign off and closure.
Education/Experience
- Experience of working within a Contract/Project customer focused delivery team would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be given.
- Experience of working within an engineering business is preferred, but not essential.
