Tell me more:
You will be supporting the R&D and Design team to create, maintain and update the BOM utilising the comapnies MRP system. You will sourcing alternative materials and parts, negotiating with suppliers obtaining quotes and raising PO to ensure time scales are met and within the companies processes.
Working Monday-Thursday 8-4:30 and 8-3:30 on a Friday paying upto 35,000 DOE and also entitled to great beenfits including 25 days holiday plus BH, Discretionary bonuses, pension contribution, Life cover and more.
What do you need?
- CIPS level 2
- Good Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
- Experience in a simialr role and manufacturing or engineering environment
- Good knowledge of materials and manufaturing methods
- Be able to interpret engineering drawings
- Computer literate
- Excellent communicator
