I have an exciting opportunity in Harlow for an Engineering Manager to come in and manage a team of 8 Engineers, the FMCG company are looking for this person to come in and bring that change management that the site needs!
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for 8 engineers - all a mix of multi skilled, mechanical and electrical
- Reporting into the Operations Manager
- Planning all maintenance using Automa
- Managing contractors and handling health and safety for them including PPE
- Procurement of spares
- Performance management of engineers, KPI management, handle appraisals/ disciplinary
- Helping with the projects - investments throughout the company (The company are expanding at the moment)
To be considered for this position you will be an Engineering Manager who has worked in Food/ FMCG environments for a few years, if you have been an Engineering Manager in a few different companies this would be advantageous.
