Your Role:
- You will be a manager of the engineering team and expected to drive the department forward. We are looking for someone to impart their knowledge and experience into the business and team and develop a meaningful strategy to help move the business forward.
- Lead a team of 4 Engineers in the running of the plant
- FMCG or food experience would be fantastic
- We also need you to have knowledge and experience in electrical engineering
- The electrical knowledge you need to have must come from a time served background, we need this to drive innovation
- Experience in managing a team, as a manager or team leader
- You will have the chance to shape maintenance strategies for lasting success
