Engineering Manager

This is a newly created opportunity to join a fast growing FMCG business to drive the performance of their engineering function, across both maintenance and projects. You will be part of a highly capable leadership team who are looking for someone to step in and take on full ownership of the Engineering function of one of their largest sites. You will be fully responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of a strong engineering strategy, incorporating people, processes and systems.
The business are looking to drive planned maintenance to both better support the current production and to allow for future requirements as the business continues to grow rapidly. We are looking for someone with a track record at Engineering Manager/Head of Engineering level, ideally within FMCG, to really drive these standards. Engineering as a function is well regarded within the business by the senior leadership teams and there will be wider support from the group to assist with sharing best practice etc.

We are looking for someone who:
Has a track record of success as an Engineering Manager/Head of Engineering in an FMCG environment
Has good experience across both maintenance and projects
Is a capable people leader with a track record of coaching, training and developing people.
Can design, implement and execute an Engineering strategy and take a site through a change management journey.
