You will be expected to manage your own contracts with a commercial attitude in order to achieve sales targets.

The business are an independent water treatment equipment manufacturer based in Moreton who have seen growth from £6 million turnover to £13 million with an aim to reach £30 million by 2030.
Supplying water treatment equipment into industrial, food and beverages settings, with a manufacturing site based in Wirral.
The business currently has 125 heads and is looking to expand this after exceptional growth over the past few years.
Description
As Project Manager you will be reporting directly into the Engineering Director, whilst managing a team of 17 colleagues. With an aim to manage equipment related projects to ensure they are delivered safely, cost effectively, on time and of a high quality.
As Project Manager you will also be tasked with the following responsibilities;
- Understand business requirements for potential projects by liaising effectively with prospects, customers and sales account managers.
- You will coordinate engineering jobs by utilising the business tools, systems and resources (Teams, MS projects, OneNote, D365)
- Ensuring Projects are delivered on time, within budget and compliant with industry standards with correct legal documents signed off.
- You will identify deficiencies within your team and deliver training/development plan to both internal and external stake holders where relevant
- Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins and utilisation whilst communicating efficiently any findings or discrepancies.
- Produce and deliver project presentations to both clients and colleagues, detailing progress and plans moving forward.
- Maitain an awareness of new industry technology and potential applications within Projects/customer engagement
Profile
The successful Project Manager will be a personable results driven leader with an ability to communicate effectively to both clients and colleagues alike. You will have worked and/or managed projects previously within industrial settings ensuring they are delivered effectively in both a timely and cost effective fashion to industry standards.
You will also be able to confidently run Project meetings for line management, client and colleague benefit. Ideally, with experience of using MS projects to deliver these.
Experience of working with Water Treatment environments is favourable but not essential.
