We are currently seeking a dedicated English Intervention Specialist for an alternative provision school located in Solihull. The role primarily involves providing 1:1 English support to students throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting 1:1 English sessions with students
- Tailoring teaching methods to suit individual learning needs
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly
- Collaborating with school staff to develop effective intervention strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience teaching English.
- Possession of a valid DBS on the update service or the ability to process a new one
- Ability to provide employer references covering a period of 24 months, including the most recent position
- Availability to commence work immediately
