Job Title: English Interventions Teacher

Location: West Drayton, London

Salary: 130+ per day (DOE)

Contract: Full-time (term-time only)

A reputable Alternative Provision in West Drayton, London providing students with a unique curriculum to further student's education based on their ability is a seeking a dedicated and compassionate English Intervention Teacher. You will be responsible to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for each student. The successful candidate will work to provide the curated curriculum designed in supporting pupil/s who are at risk or have other needs preventing them from attending school.

Duties will include:

• Preparing activities and lessons
• Delivering engaging sessions
• Supervising and providing particular support and encouragement for the pupil
• Ensuring pupils safety and access to learning activities
• Implementing IEPs

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of Teaching Assistant level 2 qualification
• Experience and knowledge of KS3 & KS$
• Intervention knowledge and experience
• Adaptable and flexible to support the class teacher and to suit needs of pupils.
• Available full time for the duration of the assignment
• Current Drivers License & Car
