We are currently looking for an English Teacher to join a fast-paced and dynamic secondary school team in from April 15th to May 10th.
This is a temporary position to cover a planned absence leave. As such, we require a dedicated individual to cover KS4 English lessons on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience teaching English to KS4 students
- Passion for education and student success
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Have an understanding of inclusion and making the curriculum accessible
- Be able to communicate effectively with both children and staff
- Be resilient and able to manage personal well-being in a demanding environment
- Have the ability to form and maintain appropriate, positive relationships and boundaries with students
