Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the clients procurement, technical / operations resources, and Contractor commercial / management teams.
- Develop and implement contracting strategies to maximise commercial value.
- Own the contracting strategy for a portfolio of contract services, identifying and driving opportunities for change and improvement.
- Ensure procurement plans for contract tender/renewals are aligned with contracting strategies, business objectives, and site priorities.
- Act as the focal point of contact to procurement throughout the contract life-cycle, including tender preparation, negotiations, and contract implementation.
- Lead the management of change for the implementation of new site contracts.
- Provide ongoing commercial support during the contract life-cycle, including amendments, contract terms clarification, and resolution of claims.
- Promote improvement through collaboration, including networking and peer assists with Contracts Engineer peers and agreement owners/users.
- Maintain core procedures and documentation within the commercial group.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Good knowledge of the purchase to pay process and associated controls and of the relevant technical work scopes.
- Working knowledge of maintenance & turnaround contract technical disciplines.

This role is Inside IR35. Candidates can also operate via an Umbrella company or PAYE basis.
