Key Responsibilities of an English Teacher:

Requirements of an English Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion to be an English Teacher.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a reflective approach to teaching practice.
