The role will involve a diverse range of responsibilities in property law, encompassing leasing, commercial developments, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of titles, and discharges.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years’ PQE in Scots law or England & Wales (or be dual qualified). Some experience in English property law would be advantageous but is not essential. Interested applicants should be commercially minded, possess a strong client-focused approach, and demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude.
