Who are we looking for?
This is a 360 role from sourcing prospects to closing deals, so a proven background in new business and consistently hitting sales targets is key. Working closely with our SDR team is crucial.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be the key driver in acquiring and signing up new customers and turning them into happy partners of Socially Recruited by helping them achieve their recruitment and employer branding goals.
Ideal Profile:
· Proven enterprise sales experience (2+ years)
· A proven new business hunter (2+ years)
· A proven track record of achieving sales targets
· A driven individual who wants to be part of a team who are going to change the future of recruitment
· A willingness to learn and succeed
· Good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate
· Excellent organisational skills, with great attention to detail
· Excellent presentation skills
· Be able to listen, challenge and communicate to a high standard.
