Allen Lane is supporting a Healthcare Consultancy who are leading on the 5-year Technical Strategy for their Estates & Facilities Management development programme, covering multiple sites across London. We are on the lookout for a highly experienced Enterprise Architect who will take ownership of the design of the organisation’s Technical Strategy, working on behalf of the Consultancy but working alongside several key stakeholders across the Healthcare organisation. With support from an internal Lead Business Analyst, the successful candidate will have a great opportunity to provide expert analysis and ideas as the go-to person for their Digital Architecture.
Duties will include but are not limited to;
- Map out and build a technical strategy and future roadmap document to secure board backing and funding
- Reviewing a conducting a bit of a 'spring clean’ on current strategies
- Work will cover the entirety of the organisation’s estates and facilities including building management, Security, Portering, Sterile Services etc. and the integration of digital systems that support those areas
- Provide a clear articulation of challenges and activities that may face the portfolio with proposed strategies
Background and experience required for the role;
- Public Sector/Healthcare background
- Understanding of Facilities Regulations
- Designed multi-million-pound technical strategies
- TOGAF certified
- Vast experience at Enterprise Architect level as a minimum
