Roles & Responsibilities:
Entertainment Event Coordinator
Working as part of our awesome Resort Entertainment Team the Event Coordinator will support our Event Operations Manager in the delivery of seasonal events throughout our operational calendar. As a highly organised professional you’ll ensure all of the required documentation is prepared and logged in advance of the event set up, any relevant resort communications are delivered professionally and timely, and any contractor relationships are maintained.
You’ll be a representative for the Resort Events team during planning, set up, the duration of the event and pack down. You’ll have the chance to surprise and delight our guests when they visit during a seasonal event, seeking new and exciting ways to elevate the event offering we are delivering. Outside of our event calendar you will have the exciting opportunity to be involved in the wider entertainment offering across the Resort!

Entertainment Event Coordinator
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7 (Some unsociable hours, including early mornings and late evenings)

Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience within Event Operations is desired
- Prior experience within Themed Entertainment/Theme Parks is preferred
- You’ll be proactive, have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Driving licence is preferred

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for Entertainment Event Coordinator to join our team at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. Our Resort is home to over 55 rides, live shows and attractions and is known the world over as being the ultimate LEGO® theme park experience for families with children aged 2-12 in the UK! Set in 150 acres of parkland, LEGOLAND is home to not only the iconic theme park, but also offers two incredible LEGO themed Hotels plus the brand new Woodland Village opening in 2024! This role is based at the Windsor Resort site – which is pretty awesome if you ask us!
