Main Duties
The Role
–To work independently create original and compelling 3D retail concepts, paying attention to industry trends, particularly luxury, retail and experiential.
-To collaborate with the Creative team to develop 3D retail and experiential concepts, with a strong focus on customer experience and visual impact.
-To adapt and amend existing 3D designs across multiple touch-points, following brand guidelines, with strong visual skills and an eye for detail;
– To provide 3D visualisations and customer journeys to the highest standard in the quickest possible time, consistent with the identity of the given brand.
The Person
In this role, we expect an entry-level 3D Designer to use their creative expertise to deliver and execute stunning environmental and point of sale concepts to meet client briefs and exceed expectations wherever possible.
Working with enthusiasm and professionalism, they will be able to work collaboratively or independently as the project requires, ensuring a high quality of 3D design work and attention to detail goes into every project.
Contribute to maintaining the agency’s retail design reputation through delivering inventive concepts that ensure our creative work stands out from those of competitors. Candidates must demonstrate a clear understanding of spatial design, materials and retail standards – the core fundamentals required to execute projects of all sizes, completing them with resourcefulness and dedication.
Knowledge of these software packages and languages is imperative:
– SketchUp Pro + VRay (Preferred)
– 3DS Max +VRay
– Photoshop
– Illustrator
– Keynote
– Additional software knowledge/language skills are advantageous
Typical activities

– Taking ownership of assigned projects from ideation to delivery
– Generating ideas and selling them into other members of the tea
– Prioritising own tasks while providing support for other members of the team
– Maintaining high standards, ensuring only the best work is released to the client
– Collaborating across the agency to drive up standards of 3D creativity
– Encouraging others to share and explore their ideas
– Staying up to date with luxury industry trends
As well as attend meetings and briefings with clients and teammates, they will be Based in an office environment and may occasionally have to work hours outside the regular working hours.

These include:
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– High standard of 3D design capabilities
– Creative / marketing agency / in-house industry experience (if possible)
– The ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlines
– Problem solving skills
– The ability to think creatively and deliver innovative concepts
– The foresight to put themselves in the shoes of the client / customer
– Meticulous attention to detail
– Relevant degree qualification and experience (will consider fresh graduates)
