They are now looking to provide a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of a growing, dynamic Wealth Management firm, for an experienced office administrator to assist with the administrative tasks associated with maintaining the office, including some financial administration reports where required. There will be opportunity within this role to progress for the right candidate. Possible progression in to senior administration and operations within the company if candidates proves themselves to be hard working and keen to learn. This is a new role and they are keen to find someone who will grow into the role and make it their own.
Salary: £27,500 plus discretionary bonus of £2,500
Exam: CII Level 3 Award in Financial Administration (Additional £1,250 salary per exam passed)
Hours: 40 Hours per Week (5 Days per Week Mon - Friday)
Location: Bank, City of London
Duties include:
- Work with Head of Ops & Head of Finance to administer projects on the back office system
- Data entry onto back office systems
- Filing and post duties when needed
- Writing review letters
- Scanning / attaching / copying / printing documents for the advisers and paraplanners
- General office tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office
Skills/qualifications:
- You will be required to use standard applications to process, obtain and combine information – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Be able to complete some routine and non-routine tasks in an office environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage own time effectively
