Practice Administrator
Location: London - Hybrid or Remote
Hours: Part Time 2/3 days a week
Salary: Highly Competitive - Self Employed
Working as part of the team at an Appointed Representative of St. James s Place Plc.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and experienced SJP Practice Administrator to work for a Partner within a St. James s Place Partner Practice which is based in London. You will be managing the work generated by the Partner and offering support as required.
St. James s Place plc (SJP) is a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base.
The Role: Practice Administrator
- You will be providing a high level of technical and administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients of the Practice
- Ensuring client information is recorded accurately
- You will be responsible for writing withdrawal confirmation letters, annual review reports and fund switch letters
- You will issue Letter of Authority and follow up with third-party providers
- You will be a point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries
- You will be processing new business and liaising with SJP admin teams
- Due to the nature of the business, tasks must be completed within a timely manner
The Role: Practice Administrator
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Previous experience as an Administrator for a St. James s Place Partner Practice
- Strong attention to detail and be able to problem solve and think on your feet
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs
- Good understanding of Salesforce and iBusiness
- Good time management and planning skills
- It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion
