Principal People is currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for an Environment & Sustainability Professional to join a successful and rapidly growing Construction business that specialises in multi-story Construction projects. This role provides an opportunity to fly the flag for Environment & Sustainability within the business and join them at the start of a journey to improve and implement the Environment & Sustainability function and make the role your own!
With ambitious growth targets, this business is keen to onboard a professional who is keen to develop alongside a business and potentially grow a team in years to come! The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and forward thinking HSE team and report directly to the HSE Manager.

Environmental & Sustainability Manager - £50,000 - £60,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + 27 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + Comprehensive Package - REF: 604910
Key responsibilities of this Environmental & Sustainability Manager include:

• Conducting site audits
• Attending site and office meetings
• Liaising regularly with site teams
• Delivering Training
• Producing Waste Reports
• Writing & Reviewing Wate Management Plans
• Environmental Gap Analysis
• Help the business achieve their Net Zero ambitions

The successful Environmental & Sustainability Manager will hold:

• Experience within Construction, Infrastructure or a similar Industry
• Environmental Qualification
• Full UK Driver’s License

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

• AIEMA
• ISO 14001
• CSCS
