AddressWe are seeking a motivated Environmental Consultant, with a focus towards contaminated land, to join our client’s team. You will have a varied workstream and play an important role towards the success of our client across their transactional advisory, planning and property management services. You will be working daily with a diverse range of both public and private sector clients across all property sectors.
The role will involve:
- Project management of associated environmental works i.e. topographical, ecological, archaeological surveys, as required by individual projects.
- Input to abnormal cost assessments.
- Undertaking site audits across the UK and occasionally in Europe.
- Identify, assess, and succinctly communicate environmental risks in short time frames.
- Preparation of Phase 1 Environmental Assessments for single properties, land, and large portfolios.
- Data room document reviews.
- Scope out, commission, supervise and manage sub-contractors.
- Technical review of environment reports by others.
- Assist with fee generation and writing of proposals.
- Assist with the management of project budgets.
