Cambridgeshire - Environmental, Health and Safety Manager - Salary £45k - Lighting
My client are leaders in lighting and are innovators in the industry. The company are increasingly growing and are looking for an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager.
Main Duties:
- Leading EHS on site and developing best in class safety culture and environmental awareness
- Managing, maintaining, and developing EHS procedures and standards, ensuring that UK/EU EHS regulatory requirements are met
- Implementing EHS Development path objectives and initiatives
- Developing a mindset of safety prevention within the local business by promoting near miss and hazard identification
- Producing safety and environmental KPI’s and presenting local performance internally and to the wider business
- Providing training, coaching and guidance as required to our colleagues
- Active partner in NPI process (New Product Introduction)
- Working with other EHS Managers
Key Skills:
- Experience within an Environmental, Health and Safety Manger type role
- Experience within manufacturing/engineering industry
- Certificate in Applied or Occupational Health and Safety
The salary for the position is upto £45k depending on experience.
