Vanrath are delighted to be recruiting an Environmental Health officer for a major public body.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Environmental Health regulations.
- Investigate and address community Environmental Health concerns.
- Provide guidance on food safety, water quality, air quality, and sanitation.
- Collaborate with local government agencies to develop policies.
- Conduct outreach and education programs on Environmental Health issues.
- Maintain records and reports related to Environmental Health activities.

Essential Criteria:
- Third level qualification in Environmental Health or related field.
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Health
- Strong knowledge of Environmental Health practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Desirable Criteria
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- 2 Years experience in a similar field/role
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Effective Use of I.T system
