The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Decontamination & Infection Control equipment across the UK & Ireland, exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with dealers and key accounts. You'll also play a key role in developing strategic partnerships and exploring new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets for Decon/IC equipment.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, including cold calling, following up on leads and attending industry events.
- Foster strong relationships with dealers and key accounts, establishing strategic partnerships to promote infection control solutions.
- Provide sales training and support to dealer teams.
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with sales goals.
- Explore opportunities to introduce a direct sales model for equipment.
- Identify and develop new market segments for IC equipment such as podiatry, veterinary and tattoo studios.
We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in dental sales/business development within the UK & Ireland.
- Proven experience selling equipment in the area of infection control.
- In-depth knowledge of IC procedures and policies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and networking skills.
- Strong administrative and time management skills.
- The ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- A highly organized and self-motivated work style.
- A willingness to travel throughout the UK & Ireland.
