Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with their care client on 2 urgent interim Employee Relations Advisor positions.
This is a home based role but occasional with national travel.
Salary GBP30k - GBP37k dependant on experience.
To start ASAP for 6 months this role is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join the business and support, advise and coach lin managers on all areas of ER advice alongside managing a busy case load.
You will act as a hands-on lead for ER queries and provide a professional advisory service which delivers effective management and solutions for ER issues. You will need to monitor and report case load progress alongside supporting the HR function on any other HR projects as needed.
ER Advisor - About you
Strong Employee Relations experience and up to date UK Employment Legislation knowledge
Capable of managing a high volume end to end case-loads, inclusive of administration, tracking and reporting actions
The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
A 'hands on' approach to coaching and supporting managers
Proactive, organised and able to work flexibly in order to achieve deadlines
The ability and drive to deliver results at pace
Excellent solution focused problem-solving skills,
Self-motivated, with the ability to work under own initiative
