ER Delivery Partner

Location: Flexible working with visits to our office in Wimbledon as and when required.

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract

We are excited to announce that we have a great opportunity within our ER & HR Delivery Operations team for a highly talented ER Delivery Partner to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting into our Global Head of ER, HR Delivery & Operations, this role will be the centre of expertise for ER matters and develop the tools, frameworks and processes for the business to enable leadership to discharge their duties on policy advice.

They will be responsible for rolling out a comprehensive and sustainable Global Employee Relations Strategy that supports our Company purpose, business goals and people strategy plan. They will also provide guidance on defined strategies and proactively monitor and leveraging industry leading practices as well as building external relationships.

In addition to that, they will also collaborate with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Governance and other stakeholders as needed for guidance to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and contractual obligations. They will be accountable to partnerships across service providers, to achieve employee relations goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities:


  • Develop, deploy and lead the intervention of ER emerging capabilities from policy, legislative cases/ case law changes and employee’s life cycle design and delivery of agreed client training plans.
  • Align ER governance, policy, process and systems to ER Strategy, overall people and business strategy and OKR’s
  • Define, draft and roll out a comprehensive and sustainable Global Employee Relations Strategy.
  • Lead the intervention of ER emerging capabilities from policy, legislative cases/ case law changes and employee’s life cycle
  • Present the direction, architecture, requirements and governance with respect to the execution of HR initiatives, change programs and process development including but not limited to M&A, growth orientated structural or organisational change.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on defined strategies and proactively monitoring and leveraging industry leading practices and building external relationships.
  • Deliver guidance on ER matters and develop the tools, frameworks and process for the business to enable Leadership to discharge their duties on policy advice .
  • Reviewing HRMI and data to identify hotspots, trends and areas of improvements including building line manager capability.


Skills and experience required:


  • In depth knowledge of the Dispute Resolution legislation, disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law, HR Policies and best practice.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Significant experience in producing and managing MI
  • European and US Employee Relations experience
  • Proven track record of working in contentious & complex cases which includes case managing / handling litigation matters.
  • Ability to manage a team, stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Proven track record and experience as an Employee Relations specialist or similar role in the UK
  • Ability to support the development of an organisation’s culture and values as well as amplify positive employee relations communications to enable a culture of respect and high performance
  • Experience in managing complex, high risk and senior leadership related ER cases
  • Confident with mathematical calculations.
  • Strong Orator and presentation skills
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
