Term: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)
Location: We have hybrid working in place, with 1-2 days per week, in our office in Canary Wharf as a guide, however additional days may be required based on the work.
What exactly will you be doing?
As an Employee Relations Manager, you will join AAT in our journey of transformative change and lead the consultation process of our new organisation design.
Major objectives
The major objectives for the role include:
· Design and implement organisational change frameworks, ensuring legal compliance, accurate paperwork and engaging internal communications.
· Work closely with the Head of Organisation Design and Development on business cases to ensure they are clear and thorough.
· Develop and steer comprehensive project plans, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
· Complete job evaluation, job matching, and support in job description preparations.
· Manage consultation with the Employee Representative Group and employees, ensuing managers and employees are supported throughout.
· Collate and prepare draft responses to feedback.
· Ensure prompt and clear communication of information to ensure the HR system remains accurate with any implemented changes.
· Review and improve employee relations policies and templates.
What are we looking for?
· Previous experience of change management and consultation.
· Previous experience of managing projects, ER cases and policy writing.
· Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of employment law and change management.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong and effective working relationship with different teams within the organisation.
· CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
