Responsibilities:
Act as primary point of contact for internal ERP system inquiries.
Collaborate with development team to propose and implement upgrades.
Develop comprehensive tutorials and user-friendly guides.
Maintain FAQs and help documentation.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations within the ERP system.
Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in technical support, specifically with ERP systems.
