HR Systems Administrator (Temporary - 6 months)
Location: Milton Keynes/ Hybrid
Job Description:
Our client is seeking an administrator to join their team, on temporary basis for 6 months. The successful candidate maintain the organisations structure and all related data. Regularly review the organisation structure to ensure it is accurate and ensure any changes are amended in the system following any structural changes.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and update organizational data in the People Services System as per governance standards.
- Manage changes in structures and hierarchies, documenting and implementing alterations.
- Establish new positions for recruitment and organizational modifications.
- Identify and address long-term vacancies in positions within the organization's structure.
- Ensure accuracy by monitoring and rectifying data anomalies in collaboration with HR teams.
- Facilitate informed business decisions by providing accurate and current organizational data.
Key skills and experience:
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors Employee Central for position management.
- Educational background of at least GSCE grade C or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics.
- Skilled in research, discerning relevant data, and understanding its significance.
- Familiarity with Organisational Design, department structures, and navigating large organisations
- Handling confidentiality professionally while being accountable for effective outcomes
- Strong communication, prioritization, organization, and time management skills in a fast-paced setting
