Temporary role, with immediate start until 31st July 2024

Working 37hrs, this role will be working from home and you will be required to work on campus once a fortnight

Paying GBP400 - 475 per day depending on experience

They are looking to recruit a HR Systems Manager to join their People Services Team, This role supports the People Services Hub leadership team in leading and managing the operational service delivery of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, core HR transactional from a systems perspective.

The role holder needs extensive experience and expertise in leading and managing a HR Systems team, ideally SuccessFactors, in a complex environment where there is a need to support multiple legacy systems. They are a people and customer centric, inspirational leader who engages and motivates teams. They are an effective communicator, who can build strong and effective stakeholder relationships with the ability to work across boundaries, influence people and outcomes, and achieve agreed deliverables and solutions to problems to ensure they stay solved.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively managing the day-to-day operation of the Systems and Position Management team (9 direct reports), ensuring key business targets, SLAs and KPIs are met to ensure the quality, credibility and legal and technical compliance of services provided.
• Leading, managing and developing direct reports to build and retain a highly engaged and capable team through the attraction, training and development of the necessary skilled professionals to meet business needs.
• Oversee workload allocation and capacity planning to ensure that customers are responded to efficiently and effectively.
• Take accountability for data integrity in systems and ensure appropriate and relevant audit controls are in place and to comply with GDPR legislation.
• Communicate with individuals and with the team to share information and direction, to maximise productivity levels and quality standards.
• Manage resource challenges, minimising absence and attrition wherever possible.
• Ensuring that teams are skilled to provide sound technical knowledge that is right first time and meets the needs of our customers.
• Ensure end to end process documentation is up to date and maintained in a process library.
• Support the Head of People Services Hub and Senior PS Operations Manager with ongoing service redesign activity from a systems perspective.

Skills and experience

• Demonstrable experience of directly managing HR systems teams in a similar, complex environment with multiple systems where data integrity is core
• Working knowlegde of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Prior experience of managing capacity and workload planning in an operationally demanding environment and managing performance in line with agreed SLA's
