This is a well known multi office brand of estate agents with a long standing reputation for promoting from within and providing their staff with excellent ongoing training.
Are you an experienced property salesperson with a proven track record of excellent customer service and selling houses? Are you looking for the chance to grow your property career with an award-winning company? If so, you could be the person we are looking for to support our fast-growing Sleaford office. Due to an increase in their already flourishing new Homes business they are looking to progress this department further within the branch.
The role will be based at the Sleaford branch, the hours are Mon to Fri 8:30-5.30pm and alternate Saturdays (with a day off in lieu when a saturday is worked).
The successful applicant must be of smart appearance, able to work on their own initiative and as a part of a team, possess good communication skills and be highly motivated. They will ideally have excellent knowledge of Sleaford and close surrounding area as they will be expected to hit the ground running.
The salary will comprise of a basic salary plus a generous commission structure which results in an OTE of 35-40k dependent upon experience. A full driving licence will be required.
