Salary: £22,310 + Commission (OTE £25,000 - £26,000) 37.5 Hrs per week
Job Purpose
To ensure the provision of a holistic, complete service to customers as they navigate the sale of their house journey.
Primary Responsibilities
- Effective management and nurturing of a portfolio of clients and their properties.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Consultative approach to selling products and services
- Build rapport quickly and seek to understand each seller's needs whilst nurturing and maintaining a strong relationship, until the sale of the property is achieved.
Skills and Experience
- Sales - manage and nurture. A consultative approach and skilled at negotiation.
- Strong communication and customer service.
- Able to build relationships.
- Admin - follow process. Monitor interest and act accordingly.
- Understanding need - mitigate objection and tailor services.
- Competent in using IT equipment / CRM.
