Sales Assistant

We are a long established independent estate agent that began trading in 1991.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR AN ESTATE AGENT IS A MUST - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PAST EXPERIENCE!

We are looking for a full time member working Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm and either every Saturday or alternate Saturdays 9am-4:30pm. Being a team player is key as we have always had a very close knit team and opportunities rarely come up as our staff generally stay for the long term.

Competitive pay plus a commission structure

- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Have good knowledge of the SK8 area
- Chase sales all the way through to completion speaking with buyers, vendors and solicitors
- Deal with and negotiate offers on houses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 38 per week
