Sales Negotiator Apprentice

Here at Alan Batt Sales and Lettings we are looking for a well driven individual to join our sales and lettings team and alongside this to complete an Level 2 Junior & Real Estate qualification!

This is an introductory role to estate agency and is aimed to give the candidate an overview of all the key areas of residential estate agency from initial enquiry right through the sale process to completion. They will work in a supportive role within the wider organisation with a senior Sales Negotiator as their main mentor

Duties:

• Data registration.
• Arranging.
• Booking and attending viewings,
• Selling additional services,
• Key management,
• Basic property research, preparing marketing materials,
• Initial offer registration and handling,
• Diary management,
• Valuation registration and general office duties.
• They will also support the rental teams on incoming calls. Handling and basic data registration.

Desired Skills:

• Have good time management skills.
• Good levels of accuracy in literacy.
• A good foundation in basic IT skills such as typing, email, internet software etc.
• Work well as a team and independently and have a desire to learn.

Desired Personal Qualities:

• Must be passionate about the industry
• Work well as a team and independently, and have a desire to learn.
• A cool head and positive work attitude are also desired with a good understanding of good general communication across platforms.
• GCSE Maths and English grade C or equivalent

Salary: £12,896.00 per year
