- Negotiating offers to agree a sale followed by sales progressing to completion
- All basic aspects of office administration
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- New enquiry calls, advising potential customers of the benefits of the housebuilders AM and PX schemes
- Marketing appraisals
- Sales progression
- Excellent customer service provider
- Retail estate agency experience is required including sales progression
- Well organised and solutions focused
- Polite, friendly, and professional telephone manner
- IT Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
This role will be perfect for someone who has a can-do attitude, solutions focused, likes a busy working day and looking for a new challenge within the property industry.
Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 depending on experience plus performance bonus
Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 (1 weekend in 4 working)
Holidays: 28 Days holiday per annum inc. bank holidays (extra holidays for long service)
