We’re looking for a highly motivated and proactive Assistant Branch Manager to join their successful and busy residential sales team in Norwich
Key responsibilities
* Generate and Book valuations
* Conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion
* Offer a professional and customer focused approach at all times
Skills and experience required
- Previous agency sales experience - essential
- Ability to generate new business in a sales environment
- Outstanding customer care
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 08.30 -18.00
- Every other Saturday 9.00 - 16.00
Experience:
- Estate Agency Sales: 2 years (Required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (Required)
